Elevhemmet

Elevhemmet offers international researchers and PhD students a calm and scenic living environment in Frescati Hage, just a short walk from Stockholm University’s main campuses.

Situated in the Royal National City Park near Lake Brunnsviken, Elevhemmet is only a ten-minute walk from Campus Frescati, Campus Albano, and the Universitetet subway station—with central Stockholm just five minutes away by metro.

 

 

Apartment types and size

24 accommodations with four apartments, each featuring six bedrooms with 140 cm beds, two of which have double beds (160 cm) and one which is possible to share with a partner.

Each apartment also includes a shared kitchen and two shared bathrooms, one equipped with a washer and dryer. The apartments also have a lounge/sitting area.

 

Rent

Rent is monthly SEK 7,600 to 8,200.

 

Furniture and equipment

All rooms are furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk and chair. Kitchen has a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven and microwave, dinnerware and cooking utensils. 

Note: You need to bring or purchase your own quilt, pillow, sheets, towels and cleaning supplies.

Internet

A router is installed in a white cabinet in the hallway and instructions how to connect it is found in the back of the router.

 

Laundry

A washing machine and dryer are located in the large bathroom on the second floor of each apartment. 

Parking

General information about staff parking

Aimopark

Bikes may be parked in designated area.

Postbox

Four postboxes are located at the entrance tagged with apartment numbers and with tenant’s name. 

Recycling

Recycling facilities are found outside the building.
