Research project Parent Web – support for families with adolescents

Being a parent of a teenager can be challenging. As a parent, you may want to know more about adolescence and how you as a parent can support your teenager, to reduce the risk of difficulties in the future and reduce conflicts in the family.

Are you a Swedish-speaking parent or guardian of a child aged 11 to 13 and a resident of Stockholm County/Region Stockholm, we want to ask you to participate in a study to evaluate a digital parental support program, called Parent Web.

What is Parent Web*?

Parent Web is a digital parental support program that consists of five modules. The modules contain both facts and exercises, and are presented both in text, illustrations and video clips. As a parent, you can receive guidance in dealing with changes that may occur when your child becomes a teenager. In Parent Web, you get access to material online with tips on how, for example, to reduce conflicts at home, communicate better, and have more positive interactions with your child or teenager.

To participate in the study, you need to be a Swedish-speaking parent or guardian of a child aged 11 to 13 and be a resident of Stockholm County/Region Stockholm.
